Shop online and collect from the studio. It is free, and your order is usually ready within 24 hours.

Add what you want to your basket and check out as normal.
Choose pick up
At checkout, select Pick up instead of Ship. There is no delivery charge and no shipping address to enter.
Wait for the email
We will email you when your order is packed and ready. Please wait for it before coming in.

A few things worth knowing
Someone else collecting for you? Reply to your confirmation email with their name before they come in, and ask them to bring their own photo ID.
Changed your mind? If you have not collected yet, email us and we can cancel and refund the order, or post it to you instead at the usual shipping rate.
Not collected after 30 days? We will try to reach you first. If we cannot, the order may be refunded and the stock returned to the shelf.
Click & Collect is for online orders only. If you would like advice on what to buy, or a skin evaluation before you commit to a product, book in with us instead — that is what we are here for.
